Wugu District, New Taipei City – The First Engineering Branch Office announced there will be a long-term closure of the northbound outer lane of Freeway 1, between kilometer station 33k+460 and 33k+050 (approximately 400 meters), as well as the left shoulder of the off-ramp connecting to Highway 64 at Wugu Interchange. These closures are required for ongoing adjustments to the mainline and ramp lanes. All other lanes will remain open to traffic.
Motorists should anticipate delays and are strongly advised to plane ahead or use alternate routes. Please note that the construction schedule may be adjusted depending on weather conditions or on-site circumstances.
The First Engineering Branch Office remind drivers traveling with caution when approaching the Wugu Interchange, and follow traffic signs and on-site personnel instructions to ensure safety.
