Traffic News：Detour onto Wugu Interchange Off-ramp Freeway 1 to Highway 台 64 Every Nightly

Wugu District, New Taipei City – The First Engineering Branch Office schedule a long term nightly closure southbound exit ramp at Wugu interchange Freeway 1 connected to 台64 Highway for the ongoing overpass bridge widening construction above the off-ramp. The closures will be every nightly from Monday July 28 through Thursday Aug.21, 11 pm to 6 am except weekends and holidays.
Construction work will include the overpass bridge barriers dismantle, bridge deck formwork, concrete pouring, pavement and striping. The closure will be done to work on the traffic safety, said the construction crew.

Motorists traveling on the southbound exit ramp at Wugu interchange Freeway 1 heading toward Bali and Xindian area can alternate the left hand side exit ramp bound for Ziqian, to the ground level road then keep straight to Section 3,Zhongxing Rd. and then turn right to Wugu 2nd Interchange of Provincial Highway 台64 and bound for Bali and Xindian area.
Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes. The night work is subject to change due to weather or construction related issues.
The Construction Crew remind drivers who is planning on going through Southbound exit ramp at the Wugu Interchange of Freeway 1 at that night. Best travel before 11 pm to avoid the traffic closure. All drivers must approach the Wugu Interchange area with care, and follow the instructions of the traffic sign or the traffic controller to ensure safe drive.
