Nightly Closures of Southbound Off-Ramp at Wugu Interchange on Freeway No. 1 Toward Highway 64

Wugu District, New Taipei City – The First Engineering Branch Office schedule nightly closures southbound exit ramp at Wugu interchange Freeway 1 connected to Highway 64. The closures are required for the overpass bridge widening construction above the off-ramp .
The closure will be in effect from Monday, January 12, through Thursday, January 29, between 11 pm and 6 am each night, except on weekends and holidays. The closures are necessary to ensure traffic safety during the construction period, according to the project team.

Motorists traveling on the southbound exit ramp at Wugu interchange Freeway 1 heading toward Bali and Xindian area can alternate the left hand side exit ramp bound for Ziqian, to the ground level road then keep straight to Section 3, Zhongxing Rd. and then turn right to Wugu 2nd Interchange of Provincial Highway 台64 and bound for Bali and Xindian area.

Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes. The night work is subject to change due to weather or construction related issues.
