1.Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) Customer Service Hotline and LINE@
To encourage all road users to fully utilize available customer service resources for resolving ETC-related issues, the official customer service hotline for Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection (FETC) is available 24/7 at 02-77161998. Additionally, users can add FETC’s official LINE@ account (ID: @etag).
2.Toll Payment Compliance on National Freeways
It is essential for road users to comply with toll payment regulations when driving on national freeways. Users are reminded to pay toll fees as required and to select from the various available payment methods, including electronic toll collection systems (eTag/ETC), mobile apps, and other convenient channels. To ensure smooth operations and avoid penalties, users are advised to familiarize themselves with the available payment options and stay updated on the latest regulations.
3.Payment Channels
i.ETC users can top-up their accounts to offset toll fees and registered operation processing fees.
ii.For registered bills: Payments can be made at the four major convenience stores (7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, OK Mart, Hi-Life) or Far EasTone outlets.
iii.For payments via regular mail notification or without a registered bill:
Payment channels include FETC Service Centers, the four major convenience stores (7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart, OK Mart, Hi-Life, where users can use multimedia transaction machines to print receipts for payment), or Far EasTone outlets.
